Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or create an account for anyone other than yourself.

You keep ownership of the builds, images, descriptions, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). By posting Your Content publicly, you grant Loadset a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the Service (for example, showing it on discovery pages or generating a share-preview image). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already made for backups or that other users saved/remixed before deletion.

You’re solely responsible for Your Content. Don’t post anything that infringes someone else’s rights, is illegal, or violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post spam, malware, or deceptive content.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service beyond normal browsing.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, bot protection, or moderation systems.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service’s normal operation.
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights.

Users can report builds and profiles for review. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, are harmful to the Service or its community — with or without notice.

If you believe content on Loadset infringes your intellectual property rights, email temperature128@outlook.com with (a) the material you believe infringes, (b) a link to it on Loadset, and (c) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We’ll investigate and remove content that violates this policy.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any build or loadout information is accurate or up to date with the underlying game.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadset will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
