Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect an email address and, for email/password accounts, a hashed password and a username you choose. If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive the basic profile fields those providers share (typically your name, email, and avatar) — we never see or store your Google or Discord password.

Content you create. Builds, loadouts, collections, likes, saves, follows, reactions, and content reports you submit are stored so the Service can display and index them.

Usage data. We record first-party analytics events (e.g. page views, build views, search queries) tied to a session identifier and, if you’re signed in, your account. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell this data.

Bot-protection data. Email/password sign-up and sign-in are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA alternative. Cloudflare processes some device/browser signals to issue a verification token; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

• To operate core features: publishing, discovering, saving, remixing, and sharing builds.
• To secure accounts and prevent spam, abuse, and automated sign-ups.
• To enforce rate limits and respond to content reports.
• To understand aggregate usage (e.g. which builds or games are popular) and improve the Service.
• To send essential account emails (e.g. email confirmation) — we do not send marketing email.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the Service on our behalf, under their own data-processing terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) for email/password auth.
• Google / Discord — only if you choose to sign in with one of them.

Anything you set to public on the Service — a published build, your creator profile, your username — is visible to anyone who visits Loadset, signed in or not, by design.

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us at temperature128@outlook.com. We’ll process deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we’re required to retain limited records (e.g. for fraud prevention or legal compliance).

Loadset is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we’ll remove it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at temperature128@outlook.com to exercise any of these rights.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including row-level database access controls and encrypted connections — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and for material changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify users.
