Why This Works

Strengths

Excellent mobility, AoE, range, and very consistent damage across both mobs and bosses. Max Devil Fruit investment also boosts the built-in Starlight Rapier’s M1 damage.

Weaknesses

You completely lose access to fighting styles, so the build has less customization than Pika V1. Heavy ability spam can also drain stamina quickly without good regen equipment.

Gameplan

Fly rapidly between Halloween objectives and wipe grouped mobs with Radiant Jewels, Ray, and Kick. Against bosses, use Starlight Rapier: Excalibur first to apply its temporary 30% increased-damage debuff, then dump your strongest abilities during that window

Best For

Halloween event farming, candy/mob clearing, general bosses, traveling between event objectives, and overall PvE. It’s the speed/all-purpose Halloween build

A max-investment Pika V2 PvE build focused on extremely fast Halloween farming and boss damage. Radiant Flight gives insane mobility while the fruit’s AoE clears groups quickly.
