Why This Works

Strengths: Highest single-target spell burst of any mage loadout, shortening boss fights considerably.
Weaknesses: No AoE coverage, so adds spawned alongside the boss go unpunished.
Gameplan: Kite the boss at range, land Infernal Blast on cooldown, and save Solar Beam for the boss's vulnerable/stagger window.
